Kenneth Johnson

Ken passed away suddenly at his home on February 18th, 2018 in his 70^th year.  Beloved husband of Mathilda (Hilda) nee de Klein.   Dear brother of Marsha Gibson, Louise (John) Collins and Jim (Erla) Johnson.  Brother-in-law of Elizabeth (Jeroen) Van Erve and John deKlein.  Uncle of Rob (Lyn), Darryl (Ursula), Randy, Beth, Kevin (Sarah), Deanna, Michael, Sarah (Seth), Matt (Cate), Stephen (Marissa) and Jeanette and 13 great nieces and nephews.  Ken was often seen at the Agricultural Fairs competing for prizes for his much loved hobby of poultry.  He received many ribbons and trophies for his beautiful birds.   Visitation will  be held at the Higher  Heights Christian Fellowship on Saturday February 24^th, 2018 from 1-2 p.m.  A Memorial service to follow  at 2 p.m.  Donations to the Diabetes  Society or the Lung Association would be acknowledged as expressions of sympathy by the family.Arrangements entrusted to Raney Funeral Chapel.   Online condolences may be made at www.raneyfuneralchapel.ca
