Carson (Evan) Langford

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Evan Langford, on Saturday August 24th, 2024 at the Huntsville Hospital.  He was in his 82 year.

Beloved husband of Marguerite Langford, dear father of Steve Langford of New  (Carole) of New Liskeard, and Scott Langford of Temagami.  Much loved grandfather of five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.  Evan is survived by his brother Art Langford of South River and will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, friends and neighbours.

Predeceased by his parents Melvin and Mildred Langford and his sister Leanor Mannella (Sam-deceased) formerly of Trout Creek , and sister in law Joy Langford formerly of South River.

Evan kept busy over the years with many successful businesses like Mike's Marts (4 in total), Townsite Variety in Temagami, Berridale Country Store in Burks Falls,  as well he had worked at Dupont ,Sherman Mines, Sundridge Bakery and had build four houses.  

Evan has chose cremation with a private Celebration of Life.
