Anne Beverley Booth
With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Anne Beverley Booth, age 79, on Monday, May 25, 2026, at Nipissing Manor, Corbeil, Ontario surrounded by her loving family. Anne was born to Howard and Betty Forde (nee Nelson) at Bear Lake, Ontario on December 13, 1946.
Anne was a devoted wife of 57 years to Vito who recently predeceased her. She faithfully served alongside him in pastoral ministry playing the piano and teaching children for over 40 years. Her servanthood was also on full display for more than 25 years supporting the clients of Christian Horizons in South River. She continued her ministry even as she moved into Nipissing Manor. She would play hymns on the piano and other residents would gather for what came to be known as "Anne's Church".Her door was always open, and the baking was plentiful (especially her famous butter tarts and apple pies).
Cherished mother of Scott (Amy), Darcy (Dana), Roxanne (Mark), and Nate (Jen); devoted Grandma to Sophia (Randy), Mark Jr., Hudson, Carson, Caleb, Alex, Madeline, and Simone; and dear Great-Grandma to Eliana. She is survived by sisters Bonnie, Sandra (Ricky), Joan (Peter), and brother Lynn (Christine).
A special thanks to all the wonderful and caring staff at Nipissing Manor.
If so desired, memorial donations to the Gideon Bible Society (ShareWord Global) , the Canadian Bible Society or Nipissing Manor would be acknowledged as expressions of sympathy by the family.
Visitation to be held at Higher Heights Christian Fellowship, 79 Ottawa St, South River, Ontario on Sunday, June 7, 2026, from 2-3pm. Funeral service officiated by Pastor Rick Callery to begin at 3pm followed by a light luncheon from 4pm to 5 pm and then a processional to the Sprucedale Cemetery for interment immediately afterwards.
