Lillian " June" (Phillipps) Murdock

Born March 5, 1928 in South River to Roy and Lillian Phillipps.  June passed away peacefully at Cassellholme Nursing Home with family at her side on Monday May 8, 2017 in her 90th year. Predeceased by her husband Orville Murdock in 1983.  Loving mother to Gary (Carolyn) Murdock of North Bay and Karen Miller (Keith) of Essex.  Proud grandmother of 5 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.   She was a well known and life long resident of South River.   June will be remembered for her love of animals, baking skills and gardening.  Special thanks to Rev David Lock, Dr. Prins and the caring staff of Cassellholme.  Friends may call at the Raney Funeral Chapel on Saturday May 13th, 2017 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. and on Sunday May 14, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral service at 11 a.m. with Rev David Locks officiating.  Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart & Stroke Foundation (by Cheque only)   would be greatly acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.  Online condolences at www.raneyfuneralchapel.ca
