Howard Arthur Neely

Howard passed away peacefully with family by his side, at North Bay Regional Health Center on Saturday July 22, 2017 in his 81st year.     Beloved husband of Joan Neely.  Much loved father of Bobbi (Doug) Wilson, Bonnie (Steve) Scarlett and Glenn (Terri-Lynn) Neely. Proud grandfather of 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.  Loved brother of Alan (Marlene) Neely of St. Catherines and Bettyanne (Kim) Muir of Sundridge. He will be missed by his nieces, nephews and many  friends. Predeceased by his parents Arthur and Bertha, and his infant son Brian Alan.  Howard was active in his community.  He enjoyed coaching hockey, his council term but his greatest enjoyment was his family and joking around.  In keeping with Howard’s wishes a Graveside service will be held at South River Cemetery on Wednesday July 26^th, 2017 at 11 a.m. followed by a Celebration of Life at his former home at 240 Municipal Rd, South River.    Memorial donations to the North Bay Regional Health Center or Huntsville Memorial Hospital or a charity of your choice would be greatly acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.   Arrangements entrusted to Raney Funeral Chapel.   Online condolences at www.raneyfuneralchapel.ca
